Belt Vulcanization

Ranger can install and hot splice any type of conveyor belt up to 72” wide.

In partnership with Singer Heavy Equipment Co., Ranger has immediate access to a large selection of cranes, manlifts, skytraks, compressors, and other heavy equipment needed to get the job done on time, on budget and safely.

Electrical

Ranger has electricians on staff that can do anything from troubleshoot electrical problems with motors to design and install full PLC systems for your facility. With an in house panel building shop we are able to customize the electrical requirements of our customers and provide them with the exact systems that they want.

Machine Shop & Gearbox Repair

Ranger Conveying has a full service machine shop that specializes in the repair of gearboxes, making or repairing shafting, as well as machining custom parts.

Drive Assembly

Ranger can customize any conveyor drive assembly to your specifications and ship them quickly. Drives can shipped fully assembled or loose as components for assembly in the field. Ranger can provide worm gear assemblies, helical gearboxes with readily available c-face motors, shaft mount gearboxes with v-belts and OSHA guarding, custom engineered skid mounted drives with guarding and motor horsepower up to 1500, and any other type of drive assembly that our customers require. Head pulleys, shafting and bearings can also be paired with the drive to have an easily replaceable head pulley assembly that can be mounted in the field.
